To Maximize workouts
- always warm up
before strenuous activity and vigorous exercise, 5
to 10 minutes of light exercises and stretching to
get things ready to move
- alter your exercise
routine to focus on the different parts
- increase repetitions and
frequencies as you get more confident and
progress so that you are constantly improving and
not just doing the same things over and over again,
challenge yourself
- track your results,
weight, heart rate changes, body mass, measurements,
endurance, all aspects of your body fitness |
